Global Training Meetings 2024
The Global Training Meetings are marquee J.P. Morgan Asset Management events that take place in various locations globally across the United States, Europe, and Asia. While themes and topics vary from year to year, this event sets the tone for that specific year’s goals and initiatives. 2024’s theme was "Leading the Industry”, highlighting JPMAM’s position as trailblazing leaders who are maintaining a forward-looking perspective. Over the last several years in particular, the firm has seen tremendous success in areas like ETFs, market insights, models, ESG products, alternatives, and more. This event aims to reground its employees in the firms commitment to innovation, trust, and partnership in these areas of expertise.
The concept
Supporting this year’s theme: Leading the Industry. This concept started with a graphic–called the vortex–from the previous year’s event which then transitioned into an energetic and accelerating platform, representing J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s insights, data, expertise, and everything else that empowers them to be industry leaders.
The textures and shapes are derived from the brand’s parent visual identity, namely it’s glass portfolio wheel. A tone-on-tone color palette was chosen to drive home the sensation of energy and vibrancy.

Based on the concept above, provided creative direction to a 3D modeling agency based in Brooklyn, NY–Volley–who produced various stills and animations.
Wayfinding and environmental signage
From there, these stills and animations were used for over 500 pieces of collateral and signage across the various training meetings.

Over the course of two days, attendees will hear from several keynote speakers such as the firm’s CIO Jamie Dimon, former prime ministers, and key figures in Washington, covering topics across the political, financial, and tech spaces.
